Julia Franklin, MS CCC-SLP is the Chief Learning Officer at Cephable, an assistive technology software company on a mission to transform the way that the world works, communicates, and plays within the digital space. She’s a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), business owner, mentor, and educator. Her expertise and experience always pushes the boundaries of traditional roles as she seeks to be knowledgeable on innovative research and trends within her profession. She’s the creator of professional development courses tailored for both live and virtual learning environments. Her course topics range from human development and curiosity to caregiver collaboration and intrapersonal and interpersonal communication.   

She brings to her role a rich educational background, having earned a double major in Psychology and Communications from East Tennessee State University and a Master’s Degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Redlands in Southern California.
